SAVINGS AND DISCOUNTS

$200 off if you pay in full at least 72 days in advance. Pay in full early and you'll lock in you trip cost, plus earn a discount. To qualify for an early payment discount, final payment needs to be received at least 72 days prior to departure.
$50 off if you pay for your entire tour by Check, or Money Order. Credit Card Companies charge us processing fees. Payments by Checks and Money Orders cost us less to process, so we'll pass the savings on to you.
$250 off for all repeat tour clients. We appreciate your business and are always happy to see you join us on another tour.

Reservations and Payments: A non-refundable deposit of $400 per person is required to secure your reservation on any given tour. To secure reservations on trips departing within 30 days, full payment by credit card, cashier's check, money order, or cash is required at the time of your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Tour prices are per person and based on single occupancy. All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Passports and Visas: Passport which does not expire for 6 months after departing Russia, or Ukraine is required. Selected Post Offices accept Passport Applications. Russian/Ukrainian Visa is required. We will assist you in obtaining a visa through a third party. If you are coming on Anastasia Tour, but applying for visas on your own we can provide you with a hotel reference number necessary for you to receive the visa, but your visa will be date specific, good only for the number of days prepaid at the hotel.
